Website Services Company offers a “Strategy Planning Session” that walks you through a simple but powerful process to develop a strategy that is “specifically tailored” for your organization. Using proprietary methodology, we measure your firm against key factors in business, marketing and technology to determine which of the Web’s “Six Purposes” are right for you. You participate in the process so you understand which purposes were chosen and why.

1. The first step begins with a 30 to 45 minute telephone interview. One of our Business Technology Consultants will contact you for an initial interview where they have two goals.
   
   
   • To properly educate you to the Six “Business” Purposes of online technology.
   • To determine which of the Six Purposes are right for your organization.
   
   
2. Next, they go to work to develop a formalized plan that identifies the objectives of your company’s web presence, and a strategy for getting there. The strategy is committed to print and a “white paper” report is prepared for delivery.
3. Then, your consultant will contact you for a second 30 to 45 minute telephone interview to go over your strategy. He/She will take you step by step through the plan where you’ll have discussion and review. You make any modifications you deem necessary and approve the final plan.
