Setting Up Your Email in Outlook

Step 1 - Startup Outlook. Select the "Tools" menu, and then choose "Email Accounts".

Step 2 - Select "Add New Email Account"

Step 3 - Select "POP3"

Step 4 - Enter your Full Name, Full email address in both the email address field and username field. For the Incomming and Outgoing mail servers enter postoffice.megamania.com. Once you have all the infomation entered click the "More Setting" button and proceed to Step 5.

Step 5 - When you click the More Settings button a new dialog box will open. Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and at the bottom Select "Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail" then click ok and then next.

Step 6 - That's it your are now ready to send and receive email.
